From mailbox to parcel locker

From mailbox to parcel locker

24/7 pickup and drop-off.

The way we receive mail and packages is changing rapidly. In addition to traditional mailboxes, we are now seeing a clear need for a smart and scalable solution for package delivery. That is why more and more organizations are choosing a package locker from Oostwoud International.
Recently, we have provided parcel lockers to the Municipality of Montferland (Didam) and the Alkmaar Safety Region, among others. Two different organizations, but with the same challenge: a growing number of online orders and the need to organize this more efficiently.

Parcel Locker

Modular, expandable parcel locker

A modular, expandable parcel locker offers maximum flexibility. Start small and scale up easily with a solution that grows along with your parcel volume.
In both projects, the rationale was clear:

  • Packages can be received, even outside of business hours
  • Less pressure on the front desk
  • Greater control and visibility in logistics

The parcel locker thus serves as an extension of the organization, available 24 hours a day.

Package Cabinet

A solution that’s just as strong outdoors as it is indoors

The parcel lockers installed outdoors are made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. This makes them highly resistant to weather conditions and heavy use. For indoor installations, a fully steel model is used.

The parcel lockers feature a sleek powder-coated finish, making them not only functional but also a perfect fit for the building’s aesthetic.

Oostwoud International

Technologically flexible, ready for the future

Flexibility is a key principle in our development. Our parcel lockers are completely independent of locks and software. This means that both mechanical and electronic locks can be used, and that integration with existing or new locker software is easy to implement. As a result, the investment remains future-proof and scalable.

More than just receiving packages

Although the primary use is often for receiving and dispatching packages, the possibilities are broader.
Consider applications such as:

  • Pickup locations similar to DHL, PostNL, or GLS (White Label)
  • Vending machines for local products
  • Pickup locations for florists, farms, or stores
  • Parcel lockers with a viewing window for displaying products
  • The parcel locker thus becomes not only a logistical solution, but also a commercial tool.
