A package locker is a lockable cabinet with compartments where delivery drivers can safely leave packages. The recipient opens the compartment using a code, a card, or an app and picks up the package at their convenience. This way, no delivery attempts are wasted, and packages are never left unattended.
The delivery person scans or registers the package and places it in an available compartment. The recipient automatically receives a notification with a unique pickup code. That code, a card, or an app opens the correct compartment. Smart options such as our parcel locker and package vending machine can be managed remotely and integrated with your own systems.

From delivery to pickup in 4 steps
The checkout process is fully automated. There is no manual handoff, no waiting times; each item is digitally registered and checked out using a personal code.
Step 1: Sign Up
An employee scans the item using a handheld scanner or the app. The system records all the details: sender, recipient, size, and time. Fully automatically.
Step 2: Loading into the locker
The system automatically assigns an available locker via the app or the terminal. The employee places the item inside. Done.
Step 3: Automatic Notification
Once the item has been loaded, the recipient will automatically receive a message via text message and/or email containing a personal PIN code.
Step 4: Pick up at your convenience
The recipient can pick up the package at their convenience. Entering the PIN code unlocks the correct locker door. The pickup time is automatically recorded.
